Get Youth into Danse Program

Sollicitation campaign 2008-2009

With its mandate in mind, Danse Danse created in 2005 its innovative awareness program “"Get Youth into Dance.” This program, which collects private donations year-round, allows young people to attend performances free-of-charge during the Danse Danse season. The audience is derived from students from underprivileged communities who are in their 4th or 5th year of secondary studies. Very often, they are attending a contemporary dance performance for the very first time.

Over 775 teenagers took advantages of the program since its inception.
